First of all, thank you for participating in this user test. We're improving the user experience of our product POS, and we're working on new features.
This test will last approximately 45 minutes.
During the test, we will use interactive prototypes and not a real product. The prototypes are prepared to follow scenarios so there are elements that do not work. To create these models we used fictitious data without any connection with the data that you have on your product.
We want to test our product, not you. There is no right or wrong answer. It's not a test for your boss, it's a test for us to improve the user experience of the product. Don't hesitate to openly express your feelings, your thoughts or your concerns throughout the test. As you interact with the product, express what comes through your head.
With your permission, we will record what is happening on the screen and our conversation. The recording will only be used to help us understand how to improve the design, and it will not be seen by anyone except the people working on this project.
To make this test in a real context you have a Login ID and password that you can use during all the test.
